My name is Naomi, but most of my friends and family call me Omi. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who also enjoys creating content to help others along their fitness journey.
When I began my fitness journey, I found myself constantly confused at the terms and language those already seasoned in the industry used. Even the “beginner” tips left me scratching my head and even more confused. So, I sought to help others who might be in the same place as me and began sharing my fitness journey online.
My goal since then has been to simplify fitness and make it more tangible for the everyday person like me. I believe that fitness has the ability to refine a person and challenge them to live a life without limits. I hope that you’ll join me on your journey to becoming #fitandfearless.
