This workout guide contains a general overview of the workouts that I will be doing over the next 8 weeks as gyms remain closed here in Minnesota and I work on simply maintaining my current strength & physique.
These are my go-to, foundational exercises & workouts that I always fall back on that I know will never fail me and I hope that you'll come to enjoy them as much as I do!
As we begin these next 8 weeks, I hope that you're ready to get your body moving, burn some serious calories, and most importantly: HAVE FUN.
